Q: Can I pick up my banner at your office to prevent it from being damaged in transit?
A: We can not unfortunately receive customers in our current facilities and we deliver all the work ordered. On the other hand, all our banners are packaged in a safe manner and are protected in their transport bag from any damage that may occur during shipping. In addition, in the rare event that your advertising flag is damaged in transit, simply send us a photo of the problem by email and we will send you a new banner free of charge.
Q: Can I order just the printed fabric and change the one I already bought before?
A: Unfortunately no. Our advertising flags come with all the assembly kit only.
